1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. 2 Eligibility

Participation in Miss Bharat USA pageants and events is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Contestants must meet the age and category requirements specific to their chosen title (e.g., Little Miss/Mr Bharat, Teen Bharat USA, Miss Bharat USA, Mrs Bharat USA, Classic Bharat USA, Mr Bharat USA)
• All contestants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian
• Contestants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Miss Bharat USA reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or reject any application, disqualify any contestant, or revoke any title at its discretion
• Specific eligibility criteria, rules, and regulations for each category will be communicated upon registration and are incorporated into these Terms by reference

3 Registration & Event Participation

• All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by Miss Bharat USA
• Registration fees are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing
• Contestants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, wardrobe, and personal expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Miss Bharat USA reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, formats, and categories at any time without prior notice
• Participants must adhere to all event guidelines, deadlines, and instructions provided by the organizing team

4 Code of Conduct

All participants, attendees, sponsors, and partners are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and decorum. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior of any kind
• Use of illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption, or any behavior that endangers the safety of others
• Defamatory, disparaging, or false statements about Miss Bharat USA, its organizers, contestants, sponsors, or partners
• Unauthorized recording, streaming, or distribution of event content
• Any conduct that brings disrepute to the Miss Bharat USA brand or the MyDream Global organization

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification, removal from the event, revocation of any title awarded, and potential legal action.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on the Miss Bharat USA website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, videos, audio, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Mydream Entertainment LLC / MyDream Global or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• The Miss Bharat USA name, logo, and associated branding are registered trademarks
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission
• Limited, personal, non-commercial use of website content for informational purposes is permitted, provided proper attribution is given

6 Media & Content Rights

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

7 Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Registration Fees: All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing
• Non-Refundable: Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Miss Bharat USA and must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the event
• Ticket Purchases: Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Miss Bharat USA. In the case of event cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event
• Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in legal action and permanent ban from all future events

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Miss Bharat USA, Mydream Entertainment LLC, MyDream Global, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our events
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in registration or ticket fees for the specific event giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss that occurs at any event venue, during travel, or in connection with event participation
• Our website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miss Bharat USA, Mydream Entertainment LLC, MyDream Global, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our website or services
• Your participation in any Miss Bharat USA event
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
• Any content you submit or provide to us

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, services, and events at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Miss Bharat USA, its participants, or its partners. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Miss Bharat USA
• The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs
