This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs how MYDREAM GLOBAL collects, uses, processes, stores, shares, transfers, retains, and protects all personal, financial, technical, operational, and business data across all programs, platforms, events, services, and systems operated under MyDream Global.
This Policy applies to all individuals and entities interacting with MyDream Global, including contestants, models, talent, students, sponsors, vendors, partners, license holders, ticket purchasers, media representatives, judges, volunteers, staff, platform users, and event attendees.
By accessing, registering, purchasing, participating, or interacting with any MyDream Global platform, you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy.
MYDREAM GLOBAL is the sole and exclusive data controller for all data processed across its ecosystem.

Submission of any form or participation constitutes explicit consent.
We may share data with MyDream Global staff, contractors, production teams, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics platforms, communication tools, sponsors, license holders, event partners, public platforms, and legal authorities when required by law or for fraud investigations.
Data may be processed globally, including in the United States, India, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other operational regions.
Users expressly consent to cross-border data transfers.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all registrations, transactions, participation, purchases, licensing relationships, sponsorship arrangements, voting activity, digital platform usage, and interactions with any event, service, platform, production, or program operated under MyDream Global.
MyDream Global is the sole controlling entity and principal party for all agreements, operations, and legal governance within the MyDream ecosystem.
Programs, brands, productions, publications, or platforms that may operate under the MyDream Global ecosystem include but are not limited to:
These platforms and brands function solely as operational programs or divisions of MyDream Global and are not separate contractual parties to these Terms & Conditions.
MyDream Global retains the right to expand, modify, restructure, discontinue, create, or merge any program, brand, division, event, platform, publication, or intellectual property within the MyDream ecosystem at its sole discretion.
By submitting any registration form, purchasing tickets, submitting sponsorship payments, applying for a license, entering competitions, engaging in online voting systems, enrolling in programs, or interacting with any MyDream Global platform, the individual confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Electronic acceptance, digital acknowledgment, or submission of forms constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a signed contract.
Participation, purchase, registration, or engagement with any MyDream Global service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities associated with MyDream Global, including pageant competitions, fashion weeks, runway shows, modeling programs, talent competitions, talent agency representation, training and academy programs, media productions, television productions, streaming productions, music videos, editorial publications, digital platforms, ticketed events, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorship programs, licensing programs, influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, voting platforms, advertising programs, casting programs, promotional campaigns, and affiliate programs.
These Terms apply to all individuals interacting with MyDream Global, including contestants, models, talent, students, sponsors, vendors, partners, license holders, ticket purchasers, media representatives, judges, volunteers, staff, digital platform users, event attendees, supporters participating in voting platforms, affiliates, collaborators, and brand partners.
Submission of any registration form confirms voluntary entry into a MyDream Global program or event.
Participation does not guarantee titles, placements, awards, professional representation, media exposure, sponsorship opportunities, or career advancement. All results remain solely at the discretion of MyDream Global.
MyDream Global reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or remove participants at its sole discretion.
All individuals must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering or interacting with MyDream Global. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification, revocation of titles or awards, cancellation of participation, permanent removal from the MyDream ecosystem, and forfeiture of any payments made.
All decisions regarding judging, scoring, rankings, eliminations, titles, awards, casting selections, runway placements, production editing, and promotional opportunities are final and binding.
Participants agree not to challenge these decisions through legal action, arbitration, public disputes, or social media campaigns.
Participants grant MyDream Global an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to photograph, film, livestream, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, license, edit, archive, and promote.
This includes use of the individual’s name, image, likeness, voice, social media handles, and biographical information.
All content created during MyDream Global events becomes the exclusive intellectual property of MyDream Global. Participants waive rights to royalties, compensation, approval rights, or copyright claims.
Individuals interacting with MyDream Global must maintain professional conduct online and offline. Prohibited behaviour includes defamatory statements, harassment, misrepresentation of the brand, and damaging the reputation of MyDream Global or its programs.
Violation may result in disqualification, removal from programs, title revocation, and permanent ban from future events.
All payments made to MyDream Global are final and non-refundable. This includes payments for pageant registrations, fashion week participation, model casting, training programs, talent agency services, sponsorship packages, vendor booths, ticket purchases, promotional services, editorial placements, and digital platform services.
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund requests. If a chargeback occurs, the responsible individual must reimburse MyDream Global for the disputed amount, administrative costs, payment processor penalties, collection fees, and legal expenses.
Failure to resolve chargebacks may result in legal recovery actions and permanent platform ban.
MyDream Global operates digital platforms including registration systems, ticketing platforms, sponsorship portals, voting platforms, and talent databases. MyDream Global may charge platform usage fees which may be adjusted at any time at its sole discretion.
Certain competitions include online public voting systems. Participants acknowledge that votes may influence awards and supporters may purchase votes. Contestants accept full responsibility for any credit card disputes, refunds, or chargebacks related to votes associated with their campaign.
MyDream Global is not responsible for disputes between contestants and supporters regarding vote purchases.
Participants acknowledge that designer selections, runway placements, production editing, and event schedules may change. All production decisions remain solely at the discretion of MyDream Global.
Any contestant declared a winner or titleholder agrees not to compete in competing pageants or events for one (1) year without written authorization from MyDream Global. Violation may result in title revocation and disqualification from future MyDream events.
Individuals or companies granted licenses to operate MyDream Global events agree not to operate competing events for ten (10) years following termination of the license. License holders acknowledge they are independent operators and not owners of the MyDream brand.
Sponsors acknowledge that promotional visibility may vary depending on event programming, production logistics, and marketing schedules. All sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless authorized by MyDream Global. MyDream Global reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements or event logistics when necessary.
Participants may receive confidential information regarding judging procedures, event operations, sponsorship agreements, business strategies, and internal communications. Disclosure of such information is prohibited. Violation may result in legal action and financial damages.
Participants agree not to publish statements that damage the reputation of MyDream Global, its programs, leadership, sponsors, or staff.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDream Global from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions, statements, or misconduct.
Participants are responsible for travel arrangements, accommodations, wardrobe, and personal belongings. MyDream Global is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
MyDream Global reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, program structures, and production formats.
MyDream Global is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or security concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyDream Global’s maximum liability is limited to $1.00 USD. Participants waive participation in class-action lawsuits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, individuals interacting with MyDream Global agree not to initiate or participate in legal action against MyDream Global, its founders, executives, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, affiliates, license holders, judges, volunteers, and production teams.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. MyDream Global may assign or transfer rights under this Agreement to any successor company or affiliated entity.
These Terms apply to MyDream Global, its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, partner organizations, and any future entity created or acquired by MyDream Global.
These Terms are governed by applicable law under the jurisdiction selected by MyDream Global. Any dispute must be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
These Terms cover chargeback enforcement, platform abuse, digital platform governance, intellectual property enforcement, brand representation restrictions, titleholder conduct, license governance authority, data usage, promotional communications, global operations, future programs, enforcement authority, continuous agreement, global enforcement, platform suspension, maximum protection, survival of clauses, and binding effect.
By submitting any form, making payment, purchasing tickets, participating in voting systems, or engaging with MyDream Global platforms, the individual confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
